Thadis Merle Mullen

Thadis Merle Mullen, age 90, of Jasper, IN, passed away on August 13, 2023.

He was born on February 22, 1933 to Owen  and Edith (Stroud) Mullen in Mifflin, IN. Thad married Thelma Pauline Arbuckle on August 31, 1956. He worked and retired from Schmidt's Cabinets company in New Salisbury, IN. Thad lived in Hardinsburg, IN. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, dancing, music and visiting family and friends. 

Thad is preceded in death by his parents; wife; and one sister, Norma Allen.

He  is survived by one daughter, Paula (Mike) Brunnemer; three sons, Dale (Brenda) Mullen, Nelson  Mullen, Tim (Ruth) Mullen; one brother, Densile (Peggy) Mullen; seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. 

 
Visitation will be held on Friday August 18, 2023, from 4pm to 8pm, and again on Saturday August 19, 2023 from 10am until time of service at Love Funeral Home, Palmyra, IN.
     
Funeral services will be held on Saturday August 19, 2023 at 12pm.
 
Interment will take place in the Kays Chapel Cemetery in Fredericksburg, IN.
