Niko Omarrion Young

Niko Omarrion "Brendan McCormick" Young, 50, of Greenville, IN, passed away on November 23, 2024.

Born on August 1, 1974, in Portland, OR, Niko was the son of Renee Moore. He graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. He was a proud Navy veteran. Niko worked as a Biomedical Team Lead for UofL Health.

On February 16, 2008, Niko married the love of his life, Nancy Young. Together, they built a home in Greenville, IN. Niko was known for his passions, which included playing computer games, spending time shooting guns, and creating lasting memories with his family.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather "Pops" and his uncle, Pila Adur.

Niko is survived by his mother, Renee Moore; his brother, Chris McCrow; his cherished wife, Nancy Young; and his loving children: Aniya, Meeka, Prayden, Kiana, Zykira, and Legend Young.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Love Funeral Home in Palmyra, IN. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 PM.

In accordance with Niko’s wishes, cremation will take place after the services.

Niko’s legacy of service, love, and dedication will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
