Margaret Evangeline (Stair) Raab

Borden, IN, Margaret “Marge” (Stair) Stephens Raab, age 73, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2021 to be with her lord and savior Jesus Christ in Heaven. She was born in Colburn, IN on July 08, 1947 to Otis Jr. and Esther (Merkel) Stair. Margaret married Ernest Raab on November 08, 1997. She was a faithful member of the Chapel Hill Christian Church in Borden, IN. Margaret retired from the University of Louisville Department of Surgery. She enjoyed Crocheting, Christian music, college basketball, and most of all spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Margaret is preceded in death by her parents, sister Nancy Corns, and granddaughter Savannah Eve Stephens.

She is survived by her Husband Ernest Raab; three sons, Gary Stephens, Mark Stephens (Angel Hall), Michael Stephens; two grandchildren, Garreth Stephens, McKennah Stephens; two great Grandchildren, Caleb Jenkins, Christian Collins; Two brothers, Otis Stair III, Macolm  Stair; four sisters, Susan Couk, Diana Brooks, Rosemary Glavin, Katherine Richard; as well as a faithful companion Pippy.

Funeral Service will be held at 12p.m. on Saturday April 24, 2021 at Love Funeral Home in Palmyra, IN. Visitation will be from 4p.m. to 8p.m. on Friday April 23, 2021 and again on Saturday April 24, 2021 from 10a.m. until the time of service. Interment will be at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Borden, IN.
