Lonnie Beauchamp

Lonnie Beauchamp, age 82, passed away peacefully at the Villages at Historic Silvercrest in New Albany, IN. He was born in the Falls of Rough, Ky, on September 22, 1940 to Allen and Annie Beauchamp. Lonnie worked and retired as a truck driver for several companies. Lonnie was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He always enjoyed helping his neighbors and friends.

Lonnie is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Georgia Beauchamp; one son, Troy Beauchamp; two brothers, Steve and Levi; and one sister Irene.

Left to cherish his memory is his granddaughter, Melissa (Stan) Zuroske-Beauchamp; daughter-in-law, Betty (Tom) Owen; stepdaughter, Rebecca (Blaine) Housden; stepson, Brad (Stephanie) Akers; four step grandchildren, Ashley, Kory, Kailee, Brianna; five step great-grandchildren, Ellie, Wade, Cash, Rylie, Georgia.  

Visitation will be held from 2pm-5pm on Friday August 25, 2023, at Love Funeral Home in Palmyra, IN.

Funeral services will be held on the same day at 5pm.

Interment will be held at Lone Star Cemetery located at 600 Bluebird Road, Falls of Rough, KY 40119 .
