Hardinsburg, IN, Larry Clay Gilley, passed away on Sunday July 16, 2023, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY. Clay was born on December 01, 1956, in Frenchburg, KY, to William and Gladys (Norris) Gilley. He worked as a tree trimmer. Clay enjoyed fishing, frog giggin, and spending time with friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Clay is survived by his son, Brent Gilley; three brothers, Lonnie Gilley, Rob (Becky) Gilley, Harold (Sherry) Gilley; five sisters, Deanna (Jay) Wiseman, Margaret (Charles) Parker, Wendy (Bob) Routh, Charlotte (Ray) Messmer; Amy Whitehead; three grandchildren, Gunner, Jacob, and Brandon Gilley; as well as his good friend Terry Turner.

Cremation was chosen with a private family gathering at a later date.
