Gladys L. (Johnson) Osborne

Gladys L.  (Johnson) Osborne, age 94, of Hardinsburg, IN passed away peacefully at her home on August 31, 2023.

Gladys was born on March 20, 1929 to Paul Johnson and Margaret Jeffries in Louisville, KY.  She was a loving mother and homemaker. Gladys married Clarence E. Osborne of Louisville, KY. She enjoyed antiques, quilting, baking, cooking, and caring for her family.

Gladys is preceded in death by her parents: husband; one son, Peter Osborne; two daughters, Pamela Giles, Melissa Coy; two grandchildren, Angela Smith, Paul Cavanugh; two great-great grand babies, Hayes Combs, and Anastacia Collins.

Gladys is survived by her daughter, Barbara  Russell; son, Jeffrey (Renee) Osborne; two son in laws, Michael Coy, Gregory Giles; one daughter in law, Lynn Osborne; as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.  

Cremation was chosen with a graveside service to be held at Kays Chapel Cemetery in Fredericksburg, IN, on Monday September 11, 2023, at 12:00pm.
