Donald Roland Sapp

Pekin, IN, Donald R. Sapp, age 81, passed away on December 08, 2021, at Lincoln Hills Nursing Home in New Albany, IN. He was born in Harrison County Indiana on November 15,1940 to William and Estell (Bell) Sapp. Donald married Linda (Burns) Sapp on October 17,1969 and have enjoyed fifty-two wonderful years together. He worked as a Union machinist for the Tube Turn and C. Lee Cook Companies. Donald was also a semi owner and operator, was a member of the Church of Reconciliation in Palmyra, IN, a car club member, and enjoyed working on his 1983 truck. Donald loved spending time with his friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Donald is survived by his wife; one sister, Rita (Stu) Martin; one daughter, Donna (Greg) Brown; one son, Donald R. (Renee) Sapp Jr.; three grandchildren, Robert (Patti) Lawson, William Cody Sapp, and Katie R. Sapp; as well as one great-grandson, Bailey Lawson.

Cremation was chosen. Love Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
