Donald Ray Miller

Donald Ray Miller, age 78, of Greenville, IN, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2025.

He was born on May 23, 1947, in Greenville, IN, to Donald Miller and Joyce Brandenburg. Donald worked and retired  as a mechanic for Summit Trucking Company. He made his home in Greenville, IN, and was a longtime member of Indian Creek Baptist Church in Georgetown, IN.

Donald enjoyed the simple pleasures of life-camping, farming, gardening, and tinkering. Above all, he cherished spending time with his friends and family, who meant the world to him.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary (Trent) Miller and his son, David Allen Miller.

Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Jerry Miller and Ronnie Miller; his stepson, Richard Trent; his sister, Becky Smith; his brother, Ricky Miller; his grandson, Jerry Miller; granddaughters, Lauren Miller and Cheryl Foster; and great-granddaughters, Kinsley Miller and Charlee Jo Foster.

Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2025, and again on Friday, November 21, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Love Funeral Home in Palmyra, IN.

Funeral services will follow at 12 p.m. on Friday, November 21, 2025.

Burial will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery in Greenville, IN.
