Darlina Schultz Obituary

New Salisbury, IN, Darlina Lee Schultz, age 72, passed away at her home on February 23, 2021. She was born in Cleveland, OH to Paul and Hazel (Andrews) Thomas on September 24,1948. Darlina married Donald Schultz on October 14, 1967. She was member of Graceland Baptist Church in New Albany, IN, where she loved to teach, children’s church. Darlina was a loving mother and strong Christian woman, who through her faith passed on these values to her children and grandchildren. She was a great cook and baker. Darlina was a thoughtful, generous, woman.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Darlina is survived by her loving, faithful husband Donald; Daughter, Paula (Matthew) Weston; son, Brian (Hope) Schultz; five grandchildren, Andrew Weston, Nathan Weston, Brook Schultz, Brean Schultz, Bryce Schultz; three brothers, Paul Thomas Jr., Richard (Anita) Thomas, Daniel (Teresa) Thomas; one sister, Gail (Mike) McCullum; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A private funeral service will be held with Love Funeral Home. Interment will be at Palmyra Cemetery.
