In Loving Memory of Cora Dunn

Cora Dunn, age 28, of Pekin, IN, passed away on December 17, 2023. She was born on May 5, 1995, in Louisville, KY, to Scott Gibbs and Talena Dunn. Cora dedicated her life to caring for others as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). On April 14, 2018, she joined in matrimony with Harley Davidson.

Cora found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially spending quality time with her beloved children, Corbyn, Casyn, and Camdym. Her family was the heart of her world, and her devotion to them was evident in every aspect of her life. Whether working as a CNA, creating lasting memories with her kids, or simply being present with her loved ones, Cora embraced each moment with warmth and kindness.

Tragically, Cora is preceded in death by her mother, Talena Dunn, leaving a void that will be felt by all who knew her. She is survived by her grieving father, Scott Gibbs, her loving husband, Harley Davidson, and her three cherished sons, Corbyn, Casyn, and Camdym. Cora's memory will also be cherished by her grandmother, Lois Mauck, aunt Amanda Dunn, aunt Christina Nunley, uncles Bruce Dunn and Michael Dunn, and great-grandmother Annie Logsdon.

In honoring Cora's wishes, cremation was chosen, with Love Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements. During this difficult time, may the memories of Cora's laughter, love, and compassion bring comfort to those who mourn her passing. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of all who were touched by her kindness, and she will be dearly missed.
