Pekin, IN, Billy Gene Taylor Sr., age 48, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2020, while doing something he loved. He was riding his motorcycle next to his son. Billy was born on December 22, 1971 to Carl and Beverly (Swain) Taylor. He married Tracy (Simonton) Taylor on August 26, 2017. Billy was a graduate of Etiwanda High School in Rancho Cucamonga, California. He wore a shirt that says a lot about him. It reads, " I Don't Need Therapy I Just Need to Go Flying"! Billy always put family first and the jokes second. No one that knows Billy will ever be able to remember him without laughing at a memory of something he did or said. Billy was a very upfront person who didn't have a filter. Whatever popped into his head came out of his mouth because he always told it how it was (or at least how he saw it)! He will be forever in our hearts and always remembered with Love and Laughter.
Billy is proceeded in death by his mother.
He is survived by his wife, Tracy Taylor; Four sons, Junior Taylor, Devlin Taylor, Bradley Taylor, and Dalton Taylor; one brother, Carl Taylor the third; two sisters, Dawnyell Varela, Tonya Brown; two grandchildren, Oliver Taylor and Dahlia Taylor; his father Carl Taylor Jr.; as well as his pretty girl Bella (she's a dog!).
Cremation was chosen, and no public funeral or memorial service will be held, because that does not fit Billy. His wife will have a private ceremony at a later date. Love Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
