Beverly Ann (Crone) Spalding

Palmyra, IN, Beverly Ann (Crone) Spalding, age 70, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, January 03, 2022. Beverly was born on May 20, 1951 in Corydon, IN, to Ray and Doris (Rowe) Crone. She married Patrick Spalding in 1969 and enjoyed 46 wonderful years together. Beverly graduated from Corydon Central High School. She owned and managed several rental properties. Beverly enjoyed gardening, cooking, canning, and floral design. She loved spending time with her family, especially all of her grandchildren.

Beverly is preceded in death by her husband; parents; four sisters, Karen Payton, Cindy Mathes, Janet Crawford, and Pattie Emily.

She is survived by her two sons, Larry Spalding, Donnie (Jade) Spalding; six grandchildren, Cody Spalding, Sydney (Ben) Ratts, Brooklyn (Taylor) Leavy, Clayton Spalding, Easton Spalding, Landon Spalding; two great-grandchildren Charli Ratts, and Leyton Leavy; two sisters, Kathy Hood, Debbie (Fred) Johnson; two brothers, Jerry (Lori) Crone, Jim (Betty) Crone; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. on Friday, January 7, 2022, at Love Funeral Home in Palmyra, IN. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday January 6, 2022, and again on Friday January 7, 2022 from 10 a.m. until time of service at Love Funeral Home. Interment will be at Palmyra Cemetery in Palmyra, IN.
