Betty Sue (Wolfe) Hubbuch, age 87, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2025.
Born on April 19, 1938, in Central Barren, Indiana, Betty Sue was the daughter of the late Edgar and Mary (Kennedy) Wolfe. She attended Morgan Township High School and went on to work for many years as a server at the Audubon Country Club, where she was known for her warm smile and kind heart.
Betty Sue had a deep love for life’s simple pleasures. She enjoyed gardening, listening to music, and most of all, spending cherished time with her family and friends. Her greatest joy came from being surrounded by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she adored dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, George Hubbuch; her sisters, Joyce Doyle and Corliss Link; her brother, Lloyd Wolfe; her daughter, Gina Marie Surface; and two infant great-grandchildren.
Left to honor her memory are her brother, Mike Wolfe; her daughter, Mary Janene Casey; grandchildren, Krystle, Robert “Bobby,” Kasey, Jason, and Dustin; and great-grandchildren, Thomas “TJ,” Alex, Kinsey, Michelle, Jason Scott, Isabella, Tristen, Kennedy, Trey, Maryjane, and Quinlan.
Betty Sue will be laid to rest at Palmyra Cemetery in a private burial, as per her wishes.
She will be remembered for her kind heart, unwavering love for her family, and the joy she brought into the lives of all who knew her..
