Barbara Pearl (Stusse) Herrold

Palmyra, IN, Barbara Pearl (Stusse) Herrold, age 83, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday August 26, 2021. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on February 20, 1938 to Herbert and Pearl (Warner) Stusse. Barbara worked and retired from Clark Memorial Hospital as a Special Events Coordinator. Barbara enjoyed gardening, crocheting, playing cards, and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Cynthia Osmolak; two sisters, Jean Sund, Viola Barren; five brothers, Bill Stusse, Phil Stusse, Herbert Stusse, James Stusse, and Richard Stusse.

Barbara is survived by her three sons, Donald (Sharon) Herrold, Andrew (Tammy) Herrold, Jason (Tami) Herrold; fourteen grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Friday September 3, 2021 at First Capital Christian Church in Corydon, IN. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of service the same day. Interment will be at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, IN. Cremation was chosen with Love Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
